We (Dom and Phil) will be cycling from Rome (Italy) to Medjugorje (Bosnia and Herzegovina) to the Youth 2000 summer festival in Walsingham (Norfolk, UK) during July-August 2009.
The route we have chosen will cover over 1500 miles of roads and tracks through nine countries across Central and Western Europe, taking on more than 100 miles of Swiss Alps, and will last for a gruelling two months. Camping along the way, we won’t have cushy mattresses to ease our aching limbs. This really will be a trip worth sponsoring!
All the money we raise for our sponsored cycle will go to Youth 2000. We’re covering all the expenses ourselves, so you can be sure whatever you donate will benefit those who Youth 2000 helps.
